Miami Heat player Wayne Simien and his wife, Katie, welcomed a daughter on October 5th. The couple named her Selah Renae.
What does the name mean? Selah is an Hebrew word that is used as a musical term, likely meaning a pause. Renae, an variant of Rene, ultimately derives from Renatus and means "born again." Looks like the Simien family chose a very religious name for their new addtion!
